Islamic head scarf too known as the hijab was designed to cover the head and face of a Muslim women. Modernists argue that this was done to oppress the woman and to remind them that they were the weaker section of the society. But that is apparently not the reason. The motive behind a head scarf was to express dedication and devotion to the Great Allah.

The Islamic head scarf was made to accompany the jilbab which is a long and loose apparel worn by Muslim woman. Islam clearly states that girl must be covered from head to toe when they are outside their homes. Muslim women were slightly hesitant and apprehensive to sport such conservative attire at their workplace or college, however with modern elements being introduced and absorbed in the common Islamic outfit, they can wear Muslim clothing with plan and confidence.

The Islamic head scarf has emerged to be one of the most popular outfits items that are worn by female into recent times. It has gone through a lot of modifications and shed its conservative image. Although the older and middle-aged female still prefer to wear dark-colored or dark head scarves, the younger generation prefers to experiment with different design, colors, and styles.

Head scarves may be worn in certain different ways. It can be wrapped around the head and let loose over a shoulders, or it might be placed during the head and wrapped around the face and chin. Nowadays, fashion designers are creating Islamic head scarves with Swarovski crystals on them. Of course, this raises the price to a some extent, but after that again, you can surely splurge a little to look good?

If you wear a stylish Islamic head scarf to your class, rest assured that your classmates will want to know where you got it from. It is important to choose the hijab according to your face cutting. Round faces have to drape it in a different style as opposed to an oval or a triangle shaped face. You might as well opt for jilbab with wonderful zardozi work on them. They will be perfect to put on to a wedding or at Eid!
